The Mission Maids, LLC (“Mission Maids”) and/or its Providers ("Providers") provide services to you when you visit or shop at TheMissionMaids.com, use Mission Maids services, or use software provided by Mission Maids in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, “Mission Maids”). By using Mission Maids including the website, the services provided to you by the Provider using the Mission Maids platform, you agree, on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who use any Service under your account, to and accept the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions stated herein (collectively, this “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you (the “Customer”) and The Mission Maids, LLC or sometimes referred to as Mission Maids (the “Company”). By using or receiving any goods or services supplied to the Customer by the Company (together with the website located at https://www.themissionmaids.com, collectively, the “Services”), and downloading, installing or using any associated software or mobile or tablet application supplied by the Company, the purpose of which is to enable the Customer to use the Service (collectively, the Software ”), the Customer hereby expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement as published from time to time at https://www.themissionmaids.com/terms-of-service. If you don’t agree to all the terms in this agreement, please feel free to decline our services acknowledging that any applicable fees may apply.
Applicability.
a. These terms and conditions for cleaning services (these Terms), are the only terms that govern the provision of
services by The Mission Maids, LLC dba Mission Maids, its successors and assigns (Mission Maids) to You, the customer (referred to as You and Your herein) and Your use of the website located at https://themissionmaids.com (the Website).
b. The order confirmation (the email with Order Confirmation and Booking Details) from which these terms and
conditions are hyperlinked, and these Terms (collectively, this Agreement) comprise the entire agreement
between the parties, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations,
representations, warranties, and communications, both written and oral. In the event of any conflict between
these Terms and the Order Confirmation, these terms shall govern.
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Service or Software at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement at https://www.themissionmaids.com/terms-of-service. The Customer is responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Service or Software after any such changes shall constitute the Customer’s consent to such changes.
The Mission Maids, LLC's services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. The Mission Maids, LLC may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Site to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Site is revoked in such jurisdictions.
Individuals under the age of 18 must at all times use The Mission Maids, LLC’s services only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In all cases, the adult is the merchant and is responsible for any and all activities.
You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. In addition, you must abide by The Mission Maids, LLC’s policies as stated in the Agreement (if applicable to your activities on or use of the Site) as well as all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by The Mission Maids, LLC, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and each of which may be updated by The Mission Maids, LLC from time to time without notice to you.
Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to any users on our site or anyone making contact with the The Mission Maids, LLC organization in anyway or form.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Modification and Notice. You agree that The Mission Maids, LLC may modify these Terms and Conditions and any other policies on our Site at any time and that posting the modified Terms and Conditions or policies on our Site will constitute sufficient notice of such modification.
Disclaimer. The materials on this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property.
The Mission Maids, LLC expressly disclaims any duty to update or revise the materials on this website, although The Mission Maids, LLC may modify the materials at any time without notice. Your use of this website is at your sole risk, and you assume full responsibility for any costs associated with your use of this website. The Mission Maids, LLC shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this website.
Errors and Omissions. Occasionally there may be information on this website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on this website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice to you.
The Mission Maids, LLC is a platform through which customers schedule jobs and providers are assigned to complete the job. When a job is posted and at The Mission Maids, LLC’s discretion, we may pre-authorize a payment card. We assign a provider(s) to do the job based on their location and other criteria. Once a job has been completed The Mission Maids, LLC collects payment from the customer and pays the provider(s). The Mission Maids, LLC takes a commission for introducing the parties. The Mission Maids, LLC does not allow cash transactions.
It is free to register with The Mission Maids, LLC. You must be registered before you can schedule a job and we will ask you to provide certain information including your mobile number and payment card or account details. As a provider you will register with The Mission Maids, LLC as part of an on-boarding process, which confirms that you can do The Mission Maids, LLC jobs.
You understand and agree that The Mission Maids, LLC acts as an agent and is not a party to agreements entered into between customers and providers. The Mission Maids, LLC is not an employment agency and has no control over the conduct or suitability of customers and providers to post or complete the jobs, and that the satisfactory completion of a job is solely determined between the parties. It is a condition of use of the services that the parties acknowledge they have complete control over their own conduct and the outcome of the services, and The Mission Maids, LLC disclaims all liability in this regard.
We will attempt to match you with service professionals ("Providers") near your area. We do not guarantee that we will be able to match your service needs with a Provider or that there are Providers in your area that are either capable or willing to complete your service needs.
Providers, by offering services through the Site, warrant and represent that they, and their employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents or employees who may perform work for them are insured, as required by applicable laws or regulations to which they may be subject in the jurisdiction or jurisdictions in which they offer their services and in relation to the specific service they offering the Site user. The Mission Maids, LLC may review insurance information provided by Providers either at the request of the Provider or at the discretion of The Mission Maids, LLC, but cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any such information, or guarantee that a Provider is qualified or insured to perform any given service. It is entirely up to you to evaluate a Provider's qualifications; The Mission Maids, LLC does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular Provider. You are responsible for entering into a direct contract or otherwise reaching an agreement with a Provider. The Mission Maids, LLC is not an agent of the Providers and the Providers are not employees of The Mission Maids, LLC. The Mission Maids, LLC shall have no obligations or involvement if any dispute arises between you and the Service Professional. IF THERE IS A DISPUTE BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS ON THE PLATFORM, OR BETWEEN REGISTERED USERS OR ANY PLATFORM USER AND ANY THIRD PARTY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT The Mission Maids, LLC IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO BECOME INVOLVED. Site users are responsible for taking safety measures prior to engaging into an agreement with a Provider. The Mission Maids, LLC is not responsible for any safety precautions. Safety precautions include validating member’s (customer verifies Provider; Provider verifies customers) criminal records, certifications, credentials, etc. You are solely responsible for taking reasonable precautions and make whatever investigation or inquiries you deem necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any third party, including without limitation, Providers and Service Users.
The Mission Maids, LLC is not responsible and does not perform any of the services requested by you in your service request. Applicable federal, state and local laws govern the terms of any contracts between you and service professionals.
Recommendations and Reviews.
Customers and Providers are encouraged to offer reviews for each other each time a Job is completed. You agree to provide a prompt review that is true and fully reflects your experience with the Customer or Provider with who you have engaged.
The Mission Maids, LLC reserves the right to terminate the Accounts of Users who repeatedly receive poor reviews.
The Mission Maids, LLC reserves the right to leave a review on customer behalf if feedback is provided over the phone to a representative. Customer can modify this review at any time from inside their dashboard.
Any disputes between you and a professional will be resolved between you and the Provider directly. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE ANY OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, SUCCESSORS, ATTORNEYS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS OF The Mission Maids, LLC AND FROM ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH DISPUTES AND YOUR DEALINGS WITH PROVIDERS. Providers are not permitted to use the Site to post for employment positions that violate any federal, state or local laws in expressing preference or limiting employment based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap or other protected class. The Mission Maids, LLC will use its best efforts to remove any known posting that violates these provisions. Customer must provide specific products they want the provider to use.
Pricing.
A Job is posted at a pre-determined price, which may be per hour or per Job. The price includes Mission Maids's commission, which is a percentage of the price of the Job and may vary from time to time at Mission Maids's sole discretion. For Jobs that have a per hour price the minimum hourly requirement will be charged in full regardless of the time spent by the Provider in doing the Job. Mission Maids reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The Prices listed on the Order Confirmation (the email “Order Confirmation” and “Booking Details”) are estimated amounts based on the information You provide Mission Maids. All online prices are subject to final inspection of your home when your team arrives and all terms of service. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated for the estimate. The circumstances and condition of your home upon arrival will determine how much we can clean. Please note that it will take a few cleanings to confirm your ongoing maintenance needs. We ask for your patience while we learn how to best clean your home. These Prices are subject to adjustment if we are not able to complete a scope of cleaning to your satisfaction in the time that corresponds to our estimate. Mission Maids has the right to refuse service if the home conditions are drastically different from the conditions estimated at the time of the Order Confirmation.
If the pricing calculator underestimates the price of your cleaning and the condition of your home is much worse than predicted or the Provider is not happy with the price given, we do have permission to either adjust the price or refuse the service.
Square Footage. Square footage is verified and pricing will be based on publicly published square feet (i.e., “Zillow”). If the square footage you enter differs from what is listed publicly, we have permission to either adjust the price or refuse the service.
Extra Work Costs Extra. If you request additional tasks or change cleaning days, a separate business arrangement and rate will be quoted. The Order Confirmation cannot be modified while we are at Your home. If You desire additional services, please modify Your Order Confirmation at least two (2) business days in advance of Your scheduled cleaning. Should the Providers perform additional work not detailed in the Order Confirmation, You agree to pay for those services upon billing.
Move-In or Move-Out Cleans. Estimates for Move-In and Move-Out Cleans assume property is empty of your personal items and all surfaces are accessible to be cleaned. In some instances, times necessary for a complete cleaning may exceed our estimate due to the circumstances or the property (i.e., clutter, not being empty, personal items present, etc.). In such instances, we will try to contact you to request additional time. If we cannot reach you or you do not approve additional time, you agree not to hold Mission Maids or its Providers liable for an incomplete cleaning.
Cancellation. Because our Providers are scheduled in advance, late changes and cancellations deprive them of income. Requests received after 8 am the day prior that time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $95 to help compensate the Maids for lost income. If your cleaning is scheduled for a Monday, we request notice of cancellation by 8 am on the preceding Friday to avoid the fee. If we receive notification after 4:00 pm the day prior to your cleaning or the same day of the cleaning, the fee is the full price of the service. This goes directly to staff for the missed wages for the time we reserved on their schedule to clean your home.
If for any reason we have two (2) or more cancellations in a six (6) month period, we cannot guarantee that we will hold your future cleaning spots; therefore, I understand Mission Maids may cancel all future, scheduled bookings without notice and that I may be placed on a waitlist for future appointments.
Access to Home. It is not necessary to be at home while we are there cleaning. You are responsible for providing Mission Maids access to Your home at the agreed day and time of each cleaning. If Your home has an alarm, you must provide Mission Maids with a current alarm deactivation code and detailed instructions for disarming. Mission Maids is not responsible for any charges from local authorities regarding an activated alarm which Mission Maids is not able to disarm. We will also need a house key if needed to access the job. We do not keep keys so please provide key location.
In the unfortunate event that a client chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key in an unsecured location, Mission Maids cannot be held liable for any damages or theft that may occur.
Lockouts. Lockouts deprive our Providers of their income. If we cannot access due to a lockout, Mission Maids will have to charge the full cleaning fee. We cannot wait for longer than 20 minutes for access, after which it's considered a lockout. If we can return later the same day, a $50 trip charge will be added for the waiting time and extra trip.
Recurring Discount Condition. In the event that you reschedule, cancel, or skip a scheduled cleaning your next service will be at the next tier frequency price. Skipping a Bi-Weekly cleaning would result in your next cleaning at the Monthly cleaning rate. Any break in the schedule breaks the discount.
Payment Policy. Payment shall be pursuant to the terms of the Credit Card Use Authorization below. Payments for scheduled cleanings will be processed following completion of the clean. Payments for fees authorized herein will be processed when the fee is incurred. Mission Maids shall have the right to annually increase its prices by the change in the CPI or equivalent index selected in Mission Maids sole discretion. You are responsible for all costs of collection on unpaid amounts and unpaid amounts will accrue interest at 1.5%.
The Mission Maids, LLC may use Payment Services at our complete discretion to facilitate payment card processing. The Mission Maids, LLC will ensure that the Payment Services comply with such financial and other relevant regulations but will not be responsible for the performance of the Payment Services.
The Mission Maids, LLC does not directly hold payment card information.
The Mission Maids, LLC will be responsible for paying the fees charged by the Payment Services.
Credit Card Use Authorization. By providing Your credit or debit card (Your Card), You agree Your Card will be charged on the date of any scheduled cleaning and for any charge or payment allowed by these Terms. You agree to pay in accordance with the agreement governing use of Your Card. You hereby authorize Mission Maids to charge Your Card on record for the amount of all recurring cleanings authorized herein, and for any charge or payment allowed by these Terms, including, but not limited to, the Cancellation or Rescheduling Fee as defined herein. If at any time Your Card is no longer valid, You agree to provide valid credit card information to Misison Maids at least one (1) business day before Your next schedule cleaning. Mission Maids will not perform service until at least one (1) business day following
its receipt of valid credit card information. By accepting these Terms, You agree You have read and agree to be bound by same. You hereby certify You are the authorized user of the Card and You will not dispute payments with Your Card company, so long as the transactions are in accordance with these Terms. You understand this authorization will remain in effect until You cancel it in writing, and You agree to notify Mission Maids in writing of termination of this authorization.
Fund Verification. We place a temporary hold the day before to verify proof of funds.
Refund and Re-Clean Policy. Mission Maids does not offer refunds under any circumstance. Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We provide no-cost recleans of the area(s) in question. If You are not satisfied with any cleaning following its completion, you must contact Mission Maids within 24 hours of the cleaning and Mission Maids will make arrangements to re-clean the area of concern without charge. Mission Maids’s sole obligation is to re-clean the area of concern. Mission Maids will have no obligation should You not contact them within 24 hours of the cleaning. Our Maids must be allowed to come back within 48 business hours from the original cleaning.
Forfeiture / Waiver of Re-Clean Remedy. If You or another adult (18+ years of age) is home and signs off on the job and/or tips the Maid(s) as a show of appreciation for a job well done, such motions will be viewed as an acceptance of work rendered and a waiver or forfeiture of reclean eligibility. Clients who have forfeited, waived, or refused Mission Maids’s offer of a re-clean acknowledge, by accepting these terms & conditions for service, that they shall disqualify themselves from any right or request for a charge-back by their credit/debit card provider or financial institution of any and all fees or charges by Mission Maids for any time & labor provided to them at their request, AND FURTHER AGREE AND ACCEPT that the only recourse available to them in the event they are dissatisfied with Mission Maids’s service is to avail themselves of Mission Maids’s Re-Clean offer.
Initial Clean. Mission Maids reserves the right to add an initial cleaning fee ("Initial Clean") for new customers. The Initial Clean fee adds extra time that Mission Maids believes is necessary to clean and prepare the home's surfaces for subsequent recurring cleanings.
Deep Cleaning. The Deep Cleaning incorporates not only the areas we identify as needing extra attention from the Standard Cleaning but also those areas that are not part of the Standard Cleaning Scope of Service.
Maids ("Providers"). Mission Maids only sends Providers to your home who have passed our background checks, are professionally experienced, and have met and maintained Mission Maids Quality Standards. In most cases, our Maids work solo or in small teams of two. Mission Maids believes there is no better way to provide you with a more personalized, non-intrusive service. While our Maids typically work solo, sometimes there will be a team of two (2) for shadowing but we will always aim to send you a stellar cleaning regardless of how many we send. Maids must maintain consistent quality in their performance. Mission Maids tries to send the same Provider(s) to your home each week, however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness, or departure from the company, Mission Maids may occasionally provide a replacement Provider. At any time, you may view the name of your maid and their performance rating as rated by other customers by logging into your account.
Time of Cleaning and Arrival Windows. Keep in mind that the appointment time listed in your email confirmation is an estimated arrival window. We try our best to adhere to this Arrival Window. Our Providers are estimated to arrive within that arrival window. The times you request in our Booking Form are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your request, we will reach out to you for alternative times. These time estimates are subject to change based on schedule and availability.
Training. We are a small business and we want customers who support us in providing top notch service. Training is necessary and essential. All customers must agree to allow trainers with trainees into your home without us having to provide any notice. Should you wish to not have a trainee in your home, you must notify us (via text, phone or email) prior to 48 business hours before your cleaning. Should you turn away a trainer with a trainee on your regular scheduled cleaning day, you will still be charged the full amount of the cleaning.
Clutter. We do ask that you provide us with a clutter-free environment. If that is not the case, we may not be able to clean your home in the allotted time, or extra charges may be applied if you approve.
Custom cleaning tasks are charged at additional rates than the maintenance cleaning rates. Many of our clients who
purchase the recurring maintenance cleaning package cleaning request the following tasks performed periodically
because they are not included in the maintenance cleanings. If you would like to have these tasks performed, contact our office for rates.
We Do Not Move Or Drag Furniture or Appliances. Provdiers cannot clean areas where appliances and furniture are required to be moved unless items are moved prior to arrival. In order to abide by our insurance and for the safety of our Providers, we cannot move heavy furniture and appliances and will clean around these areas. This judgment is made at the discretion of your cleaner.
Other Service Restrictions.

- Computer Equipment
- Trinkets
- Antiques or Collections
- Delicate Areas or Computer Equipment. Our cleaners are not permitted to use any ladders or step stools for maintenance cleans.
- Ladders and Step Stools. Our cleaners are not permitted to use any ladders or step stools for maintenance cleans.
- Clutter. We are a cleaning company, not an organization company. If we cannot clean an area or areas due to excessive clutter, we perform as much of the scope of service as we believe they can safely perform. Clutter is deemed excessive at the discretion of our Providers. In the event of excess clutter, we may not be able to clean your home in the allotted time, or extra charges may be applied if you approve.
- Windows. We are not a professional window cleaning company; we do not fully clean windows/skylights. Spot cleaning windows can be added as an Extra.
- Electronics, Plugs and Cords. We will not move plugs and cords. If computer cords come unplugged due to vacuuming, it’s possible something unsaved can be lost. If we move a tv cord on a tabletop that is unstable, there is a risk of damage. Please move these if you would like those spaces cleaned or we will clean around them.
- Closed Door Policy. In order to respect your privacy, we do not clean rooms where the door is shut.
- Inside Appliances.
- Inside Oven: Self-Cleaning option must be run the night before.
- Inside the Refrigerator: Unit must be empty or you agree Provider will clean around items inside. If you want
the inside completely cleaned, you agree to remove all food and other items inside before Provider arrives. - Inside the Dishwasher: You agree the Dishwasher will be empty or Provider will clean around the items.
- Wall Cleaning or Dusting. Wall cleaning or dusting is not a service offered due to challenges with various paint/surface types.
- Bunk Beds. Changing linens on bunk-beds or make-up top of bunk beds.
- Post-Construction Cleaning. We don’t do any Post-Construction cleaning. This includes cleaning dust and debris left over from
renovation work. We also can’t perform the cleaning if other contractors are working in the home. The Full Amount of the Service will apply if the crew arrives and any of these items are present. - Blood, Feces, Animal Waste, Human Waste, Mold and other Biohazards. We do not clean any areas where these are present below. If Providers do not feel safe in a home or environment they will leave or we will remove them. If we are not able to clean the entire space due to these conditions, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the cleaning even if the cleaning is not fully completed:
- Mold
- Bug infestations
- Pet or human bodily fluids or waste
- Cat litter
- Environmental danger, extensive grease or fire damage
- Homes larger than 4000 sf
- Dishes unless ordered as an Add-On (dishes will be placed back in sink after sink is cleaned)
- Load dishwasher
- Any outdoor areas (front porches, patios, etc.) unless ordered as an Add-On
- Garages
- Litter Boxes
- If a toilet brush is not left by each toilet, we will skip cleaning the inside of the bowl
- Pickup dirty laundry from floors
Valuables. Please make sure all valuables, collectibles, heirlooms, or other similar fragile or expensive items are properly stored in order to avoid any accidents. If any items are too large to move, Mission Maids will not clean any areas with such items on or around them without a waiver of liability. It is Your responsibility to inform Mission Maids if any items in the home fall into this category.
Items with Special Instructions. It is Your responsibility to inform Mission Maids if any items in Your home, including, but not limited to wood or antique furniture items, require special care or products.
Pets. Please make sure all pets have been secured for their safety, as well as the safety of the Providers. Mission Maids also requests You pick up after Your pets before the Provider(s) arrive. Mission Maids is not responsible for pets escaping or injury. Mission Maids reserves the right to not clean your home, should pets not be properly secured. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the cleaning even if the cleaning is not fully completed.
Weather/Acts. Should Mission Maids be unable to fulfill its obligations to You on a particular day because of weather or other acts outside of Mission Maids control, Mission Maids will attempt to notify You as soon as possible and to reschedule at the parties’ mutual convenience. If Mission Maids determines Mission Maids will be unable to fulfill its obligations, Mission Maids has the right to terminate this agreement immediately.
Holiday. Holidays may necessitate a schedule change. We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.
Termination/Refusal of Service. Mission Maids reserves the right to deny &/or terminate service because of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, weapons on-premises, severe clutter & disconnected utilities. Providers have the choice to leave if the home is in an extremely unsanitary condition or they feel unsafe/threatened. If You book a cleaning that is unreasonable, the cleaners may refuse service on the spot & you will be charged the cancellation fee. Mission Maids may, at its own discretion, terminate this Agreement at any time during the term of the Agreement. Mission Maids reserves the right to refuse to provide service at its entire discretion.
Entire Agreement/Severability. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and shall supersede any prior discussions or agreements between the parties. Any amendment of this Agreement must be in writing. Should any provision of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Mission Maids has the right to revise this Agreement upon notice to You should there be a change in the law that requires a change herein. This Agreement shall not be assignable by You.
Photography. Photos are important to us at Mission Maids and can be used for many reasons. From time to time we take photos to share information to the office before and after cleanings. This helps ensure our quality is top notch! Another way we may utilize photos is if there are any damages the Provider needs to share with the office.
Limitation of Liability. Mission Maids and its Providers aim to exercise care when cleaning. However, small items can be knocked off a shelf when dusting, etc. Maximum liability to customer arising for any reason related to services rendered shall be limited to the amount of fee paid for service in the form of credits to be used for future cleanings. We will provide a credit for future services for incidental damages up to $200. Above that, you will need to file a claim with your homeowners' insurance for damages caused by the routine nature of the cleaning. We have a no punishment policy for breakage with our Maids. This means that our Maids are never punished for reporting breakage.
Please remove expensive figurines or irreplaceable items to a location we do not clean or have us skip that area if you do not wish to accept the risk. Breakage values over $25 must be verified before replacement, please save the broken item for our inspection and/or repair.
Mission Maids is not liable for damage or breakage that is caused by normal wear and tear; using cleaning equipment and supplies provided by the customer; improper installation of items; excessively old items (i.e., an old fan blade that breaks during cleaning or blinds with sun damage); vacuuming upholstery; or artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms valued over $200 that are not disclosed previously to Mission Maids in writing. It is your responsibility to inspect Your home following any cleaning.
Other areas for which we are not responsible include: All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and
ready to clean without causing harm and glass shower doors are expected to be installed to not shatter, come off track,
etc. Flooring that is not properly sealed, has existing warping or is bubbling etc.
It is a condition of use of the services that the parties acknowledge they have complete control over their own conduct and the outcome of the services, and The Mission Maids, LLC disclaims all liability in this regard. IF THERE IS A DISPUTE BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS ON THE PLATFORM, OR BETWEEN REGISTERED USERS OR ANY PLATFORM USER AND ANY THIRD PARTY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT The Mission Maids, LLC IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO BECOME INVOLVED. Site users are responsible for taking safety measures prior to engaging into an agreement with a Provider. The Mission Maids, LLC is not responsible for any safety precautions. Safety precautions include validating member’s (customer verifies Provider; Provider verifies customers) criminal records, certifications, credentials, etc. You are solely responsible for taking reasonable precautions and make whatever investigation or inquiries you deem necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any third party, including without limitation, Providers and Service Users.
The Mission Maids, LLC is not responsible and does not perform any of the services requested by you in your service request. Applicable federal, state and local laws govern the terms of any contracts between you and service professionals.
Any disputes between you and a professional will be resolved between you and the Provider directly. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE ANY OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, SUCCESSORS, ATTORNEYS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS OF The Mission Maids, LLC AND FROM ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH DISPUTES AND YOUR DEALINGS WITH PROVIDERS.
Loss or Damage. If the Customer suffers loss or damage to their property and attributes the loss or damage to a Provider(s), in the first instance the Parties should try to resolve between themselves, which Mission Maids may facilitate. Mission Maids will initiate a claims procedure if the loss or damage is reported to us and may take further action including reporting the matter to the police. The absolute limit on any damage claim that we accept on behalf of the Provider(s) is $50 or up to the total of the Job.
Mission Maids understands there is a level of trust in allowing our Providers into Your home and takes the safety of Your belongings seriously. Complying with Mission Maids policy on storing valuables will provide peace of mind for all parties. In the unlikely event You are unable to locate a valuable item following a cleaning, Mission Maids asks you do a thorough search of Your home, as often an item may have been moved during cleaning or misplaced. If, following a thorough search, You believe an item has been stolen, Mission Maids will cooperate with all criminal investigations regarding the missing item(s).
Venue/Law/Arbitration. This agreement shall be interpreted based on the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflicts of law. Venue for any dispute regarding this agreement, the services provided hereunder or otherwise between the parties shall be brought in Raleigh, North Carolina. Any claim, dispute, or controversy between the parties shall be resolved by binding arbitration between the parties pursuant to the North Carolina Arbitration Law and Federal Arbitration Act. Both parties waive the right to bring a class action or multiple parties and waive the right to punitive, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages.
If the Customer is not satisfied that the Provider has completed the Job to the performance and/or quality the Customer may reasonably expect, the Parties may enter into a Dispute. The Parties may also enter into a Dispute if the Provider is not satisfied the Customer has correctly described the Job to be done. In the event of a Dispute the Parties hereby agree to negotiate a settlement in good faith and Mission Maids will act on behalf of the Maid to reach a mutually agreed settlement between the Parties, with the exception to extreme circumstances, including but not limited to claims of theft and property damage. In the cases of extreme circumstance the Provider is responsible for all settlements and liability in reaching a settlement between the parties.
If the Parties cannot reach resolution between themselves it will be escalated to Mission Maids and we will offer a recommendation for settlement of the Dispute. Mission Maids will request information to be provided by both Provider(s) and Customer and you agree to provide information that may be reasonably available to support Mission Maids in proposing a resolution. The Parties are under no obligation to accept any recommendation from Mission Maids, which is not binding.
In its decision Mission Maids may impose a solution on the Parties, which may include a solution for final payment. In so-doing the Parties accept that Mission Maids may impose such a solution. Should either Party decide to take further action beyond Mission Maids final decision, Mission Maids will provide information to a court or other body of competent jurisdiction and will absorb reasonable expenses in so doing. In no event will Mission Maids incur costs higher than the original agreed price of the Job.
Mission Maids reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate the account of a User who it deems is entering into an excessive number of Disputes.
Links to other websites. This Site may contain links to other websites. The Mission Maids, LLC assumes no responsibility for the content or functionality of any non- The Mission Maids, LLC website to which we provide a link.
Assumption of risk.
You acknowledge and agree that there are risks associated with utilizing an Internet-based marketplace for the sale of goods, including but not limited to, the risk of failure of hardware, software and Internet connections, the risk of malicious software introduction, and the risk that third parties may obtain unauthorized access to information stored within your Account. You acknowledge and agree that The Mission Maids, LLC will not be responsible for any communication failures, disruptions, errors, distortions or delays you may experience when using the The Mission Maids, LLC Service, however caused.
The Mission Maids, LLC takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from the use of the The Mission Maids, LLC Service, including, but not limited to, any losses, damages or claims arising from (a) server failure or data loss, (b) forgotten passwords, or (c) “phishing,” spam, viruses, third-party attacks or any other unauthorized third-party activities.
Indemnification.

This Site and all of its contents, including, but not limited to its text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, logos, formatting, audio, video, selection, arrangement and overall website design and appearance (collectively, the “Intellectual Property”) are protected by copyright, trade dress, trademark and other laws of the United States. The Intellectual Property displayed on or as a part of this Site is owned and controlled by The Mission Maids, LLC or the party credited as the provider of the Intellectual Property. We spend a lot of time, money and resources finding, interviewing, checking references, backgrounds, and training our cleaners. Therefore, in signing this agreement, you agree not to hire any of our cleaning professionals while they work for our company and up to one (1) year after the termination of their relationship with our company. Should you still choose to directly hire one of our cleaning professionals during this period, you hereby authorize Mission Maids to charge a one-time referral fee of $2,500 as compensation for the time and resources put into hiring and training the cleaning professional. .
Once the referral fee is paid, Mission Maids will no longer be responsible for managing the professional house cleaner, including, but not limited to liability protection, insurance, scheduling, government taxes, quality of services and any other act pertaining to the daily work duties.
The Mission Maids, LLC CAN NOT guarantee our service providers have not come in contact with the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) or any other illness or virus. Not all of our cleaners are fully vaccinated for COVID-19. If you require your cleaner to be fully vaccinated, please get in touch with us so we can check our records and verify. Our contractors do their absolute best with personal protective equipment but also reserve the right to decline a job if they have concerns for their health and safety. Additionally, we ask that our Customers work with our Providers to practice social distancing.
The Mission Maids, LLC may make available to you offers, discounts and other promotions, including our referral programs (each a “Promotion,” collectively “Promotions”). Promotions may expire and are subject to change without notice. Promotions, including payments and rewards received as a result of any Promotion, are nontransferable and cannot be combined with any other Promotion or redeemed for cash. In order to secure jobs for Service Providers using our platform, The Mission Maids, LLC offers promotions/discounts and time to time, the Service Provider(s) may be subject to receive payment out of the discounted rate.
Additionally, rewards such as gift cards, gift certificates and vouchers that are issued by a third-party in connection with a Promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by such third-party issuer. The Mission Maids, LLC does not guarantee the timing of Payments or rewards. Payments and rewards may be subject to state and federal taxes. The Mission Maids, LLC may require you to submit a completed I.R.S W-9 form as a condition of eligibility for any Promotion and issue I.R.S. form 1099-MISC to you as a result of receiving any payment or reward in connection with any Promotion. Promotions are subject to additional terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of any Promotion, the terms and conditions of the promotions will control.
$2,500.00 Referral fee will be charged by The Mission Maids, LLC when our present or ex Provider(s) work with a Mission Maids client outside of the The Mission Maids.
You will also be entitled to receive the Refer a Friend Bonus (the “RF Bonus”) if: Following a referral by you of a friend to The Mission Maids, LLC (in accordance with the referral procedure of The Mission Maids, LLC), the friend opens a user account with The Mission Maids, LLC, When gaining a lot of referral credits you must make sure each credit comes from a new invite friend or one per household. If either you or the Friend are entitled to receive any other bonus, prize or benefit from The Mission Maids, LLC in connection with the activities that give rise to the entitlement to the RF Bonus, then you and the Friend will receive the higher of the RF Bonus or the other bonus, prize or benefit to be decided at the sole discretion of The Mission Maids, LLC.
There is no limit on the number of RF Bonuses you may receive, subject to these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that an RF Bonus will be granted once per Friend. The Mission Maids, LLC’s decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the RF Bonus and shall not be subject to review or appeal by you or any third party.

You are responsible for keeping any registration details confidential including your password. You acknowledge that The Mission Maids, LLC is not responsible for any third party access to your account and the consequences thereof, howsoever caused.
The website and mobile apps are intended to be used in the USA only and there may be further geographical limitations for use of the Services within the USA as amended from time to time. As a Customer you may Post Jobs that are to be completed within the country stipulated only.
You are responsible and assume liability for all information and User Content that you add to the website and mobile apps. Details of how The Mission Maids, LLC may use any information and content are provided in the Privacy Policy.
You assume all risk when using the Services, including, but not limited to, any risks associated with interacting with other people. You acknowledge that The Mission Maids, LLC is not able to guarantee the accuracy of information provided to you by other people and that you should confirm such information to your own satisfaction before you engage with them.
The Mission Maids, LLC will assign a Posted Job to a Provider(s) who we consider best able to do the Job.
The Mission Maids, LLC reserves the right, but is not under any obligation, to monitor information that is submitted to the website and mobile apps and to remove such information or material that in our sole opinion violates any applicable law, either the letter or spirit of this Agreement, or upon the request of a third party.
In order to Post a Job or be assigned a Job that has been posted you must register and create an Account with The Mission Maids, LLC. This is done directly with the The Mission Maids, LLC website.
It is possible to register with The Mission Maids, LLC using login information with other third party social networking sites including, but not limited to Facebook. If you use Facebook or other third party social networking sites you warrant that you are entitled to disclose to The Mission Maids, LLC your third party login information without breach of the terms and conditions of the third party site. By granting The Mission Maids, LLC access to your third party account you acknowledge that The Mission Maids, LLC will access certain information and may store and use this information.
When you create an Account with The Mission Maids, LLC we ask you to provide information about yourself, including payment information. You warrant that the information you provide is true, that it relates to you and is entirely accurate. We may, at our sole discretion, take steps to validate any identification, payment or other information you provide to The Mission Maids, LLC. We may use third party agencies to undertake this validation, and in accepting these Terms you accept The Mission Maids, LLC may take such steps to confirm your identity and other details you provide. We may reject the creation of an Account at our absolute discretion.
When you register as a The Mission Maids, LLC Provider we will ask you for more information, which may include ID, proof of address, social security number and right to work in the USA. We may ask you for evidence that you hold public liability insurance. We also ask for your bank account details. It is a condition of registering with The Mission Maids, LLC as a Provider that you hold a USA bank or building society account into which payments from The Mission Maids, LLC will be made.
It is a condition of the use of The Mission Maids, LLC that you provide us with your mobile phone number.
As a The Mission Maids, LLC Customer you can create a Job. The Job will include a description, location and a price that is predetermined by The Mission Maids, LLC, either per hour or per job. You may also upload photographs relating to the Job and in so doing you agree not to submit photographs that are likely to offend. Likewise, providers may take photos and videos and upload photos relating to the Job for quality assurance purposes.
We provide an estimate of the arrival time at the time of posting the job; this time is indicative and may vary.

The Mission Maids, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate the account of a User who it deems is entering into an excessive number of Disputes.
The Mission Maids, LLC may at our discretion issue a Promocode (or Voucher) to a Customer offering a discount from the total price of a Job. Such Promocodes are one time usage codes, have a finite expiry date and may only be applied one code per job. If the full value of a Promocode is not used in a Job the residual unused value will be lost. A Promocode may be withdrawn at anytime at our sole discretion.
Only one promocode may be used per household.
In order for the Promocode to be applied to a Job it must be entered into the app/site before the completion of a Job. The Customer will be still be required to enter a payment card when a Promocode is used in order that any payment in excess of the value of the Promocode may be charged.
If the Customer has entered more than one Promocode into the app the highest value unexpired code will be redeemed first, one per Job.
We may enter into agreements with third party companies where Promocodes are purchased by Customers at discounted prices. In such a case the sale agreement is between the Customer and the third party company and all issues relating to the redemption of the Promocode need to be addressed with the third party company. The Mission Maids, LLC disclaims any liability in this regard.
When entering a Promocode the Customer will receive a message that it has been successfully entered. At The Mission Maids, LLC’s discretion we may or may not provide any further information about a Promocode and we do not guarantee a Promocode may be applied to any particular Job.
Providers have the choice to leave upon arrival if the home is in extreme condition or feel unsafe/threatened. If you book a cleaning online that is not reasonable, such as a cleaning up after a large party, the providers may refuse service on the spot and you will be charged the maximum cancellation fee. Booking a service over the phone or online doesn’t guarantee you a spot for that date/time. You will be contacted by email with a confirmation once the booking is confirmed. From time to time, we may need to cancel your appointment last minute due to but not limited to, an emergency or an overbooking. This does not usually happen, but on occasion, it does. If such last-minute cancellation occurs, The Mission Maids, LLC is not liable.
Not all pages on the site may be 100% correct or up to date. For example, we have location pages per each city that are pre-made before we launch in a new town.
